It includes a demo area, a soft-serve tasting area, and workstations fully integrated with digital technologies. The colors and materials recall the raw ingredients of gelato, while nature, a defining feature of the building, is present and perceptible in every space.
Since 2014, the year it opened, Athenaeum has trained thousands of professionals who have chosen Comprital to develop their skills.
