Perfecta: an extremely innovative base for the times, allowing the creation of perfectly scoopable, stable, and creamy gelato with every type of fruit.

Nirvana: a revolutionary product for the world of gelato, capable of guaranteeing a balanced, airy gelato with impeccable structure and perfect display stability.

Invidia: the first base on the market created with fractionated milk fats, promising a creamy, rich gelato that is perfectly scoopable.

Giubileo Experience: the first program on the market to offer completely natural gelato with a clean label. This innovation blends simplicity, transparency, and quality, addressing the demands of a more conscious and discerning consumer.

In 2012 with our Jubilee Experience line of products we lead the Italian National Team to victory, turning the winners into Athenaeum Comprital teachers.

Comprital launches the first line of vegan and VEGANOK-certified products, but that’s not all, Giubileo Chef Experience is also born: the first line of bases designed to combine gelato with the gastronomic world in creative recipes with vegetables, cheeses, and meat.

Birth of Comprital Polska and Comprital Shanghai.
Athenaeum Comprital training raises the bar with the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Athenaeum headquarters.

Birth of the clean label line I Cioccolati di Knam, signed by Maestro Ernst Knam.

La Preferita from Parma joins the Comprital family, completing the offer with top quality dried fruit pastries.
In the same year, Comprital launches the Ice-Fit line of protein gelato.

Launch of the first Le Glasse di Fusto line signed by Maestro Gianluca Fusto.

Gelosissima Ice Candy Gum: a line of easy-to-use toppings with a soft, compact texture and a fresh, intense flavour.

First in the industry to integrate Augmented Reality as a product support tool. An example of this innovation is our Alphabetum digital technical library.

Speedy Trilogy: a line of simple and versatile products, characterised by a significant reduction in sugar, the absence of artificial flavours and colourings, and rich in fibre.

Launch of the Dolce Asporto line, bases that allow gelato to be made at room temperature and desserts to be enjoyed straight out of the freezer.

Quick Pastry is born: the project that brings together under a single label all pastry products designed to simplify daily work.
Launch of Nocciola Anniversario La Preferita, a raw, dark paste created with sun-dried and cold-ground hazelnuts from Piedmont.
